  • We provide AI-powered image generation services (“Services”) where reference images are processed to create customized image packs.
  • Generated outputs may vary in quality and likeness. Exact replication of reference images or prompts cannot be guaranteed.

1A. Demo and Illustrative Content Notice

Certain images, names, engagement metrics, or social-media-style elements displayed on the website and packs are AI-generated or simulated for demonstration purposes only. They are intended solely to illustrate the appearance and functionality of the Services and do not represent real individuals, social-media accounts, or authentic engagement data. Any resemblance to actual persons or entities is purely coincidental.

2. User Responsibility

  • You may only upload images you own or have full legal rights to use.
  • Uploading images of other persons without their consent (including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals) is strictly prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you provide. If you misuse the Services, you bear full liability for any resulting legal claims or damages.
  • We disclaim all liability arising from unlawful or unauthorized use of our Services.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All purchases are final. Due to non-refundable GPU processing costs, no refunds are provided once generation has started.
  • At our sole discretion, we may issue free credits in exceptional cases as a goodwill gesture.

3A. Credits & Promotions

  • We may offer promotional or reward credits from time to time through community or social activities (such as sharing generated content and tagging our official social channels).
  • The selection of participants or winners and the amount of credits granted are determined at our sole discretion.
  • Free, promotional, and purchased credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
  • Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.
  • Misuse or fraudulent activity related to credits may result in suspension or revocation of credits without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the images you upload.
  • By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process, adapt, and temporarily store your content for the purpose of delivering the Services.
  • Generated outputs are provided “as is.” We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Create defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Misrepresent or impersonate another person.
  • Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Programvooralle / SuperselfieAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or disputes related to your misuse of the Services.
